Xmas party ideas
The stores are brimming with sequins, tassels, metallics and full on bling so how do you sift through it all to find your perfect xmas party outfit?
Depending on your shape, jumpsuits are always a lovely option, they’re understated yet elegant and on trend. If you’re hippy choose one that fits you snug at the waist and then has a wide leg to skim over any lumps and bumps. If you’re petite go for a cropped tapered leg, this will make you appear taller especially with a lovely heel.
Be really careful with detail and shiny fabrics. Keep these parts to the body areas that you’re most confident about. If you have a large bust or thighs, keep to matt fabrics in these areas and no details – it’ll only draw attention to the parts that you’re less happy with.
I would say keep it simple. A lovely black or red dress with a fabulous pair of heels will look elegant and stylish.
